You send an email to the given email address.
You get back an email asking you to reply to confirm your request.
After you respond to the confirmation request, according to the
instructions contained therein, you are a member of the new list. :-)

Developers list for my purposes

Send an email to rblist-***@declaresub.com with the subject
SUBSCRIBE

You will get an email back asking you to confirm your subscription
